Sweethome Healthcare provides daily living skills to individuals with developmental disabilities. They specialize in HPC, Behavioral health, HPC transportation, Non-Medical Transportation. Sweet Home currently supports over 50 individuals in Cuyahoga County. They have expanded as well into Hamilton, Richland, Lake, and Franklin County in Ohio.
