Much has been said and done on the topic of diversity and inclusion in media. But somehow people with disabilities are often left out of the conversation, even though they make up the largest minority in the country. This guide aims to be a catalyst for change by taking employers step by step through the interviewing process all the way to the writers room and set while offering suggestions on how to create more diversity in front and behind the camera. This short guide reviews best practices for working with disabled talent in the television and movie industry.
